At Cauliflower we use our local Australia Post to ship all our orders.
Personal and free Drop off in Torquay/ Jan Juc available to the homies living locally
Domestic is $10, all orders over $100 free shipping – 2 weeks shipping
New Zealand $20 – 2-3 weeks shipping
All international $30 - 3-8 weeks shipping
We accept Paypal + Credit cards – Mastercard & Visa
Cauliflower does not take responsibility for any incorrect shipping information provided and not responsible for any missing/lost packages.
Postage costs are at customers' expense
We strive to PROCESS + SHIP all orders within 2/3 days of the purchase being made – but please be considerate of shipping times during COVID with restrictions and lockdowns in specific areas.
Please allow for up to 2/3 days to process the order and then to be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
For any processing to be made for refunds or exchanges – Please include an invoice of the order, items in original and unworn condition with tags attached.
14 days of purchase date where refunds can be accepted. All items offered by Cauliflower are at a very limited amount to keep quality high and will rarely if ever restock the same design again. Meaning all sales are final unless item is FAULTY or INCORRECT - deemed by Cauliflower Staff member.
Refunds are issued if the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds are only given for faulty item’s that have been inspected and approved for refund.
Within14 days of purchase date, exchanges can be accepted.
Please include your invoice from the order to properly process. Subject to stock availability*
When applicable - Item(s) can be changed based on incorrect sizing, incorrect colour, and/or incorrect style – mindful this is subject to stock availability*
*because items are very limited it is not guaranteed that items can be exchanged for reasons such as size, colour, style.
If no stock is available in regard to a processed exchange, then Cauliflower credit can be specially arranged for future collections and items.
Any cancellations to an order may be made if the item(s) have not been processed and/or shipped yet. - Please contact email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item(s) has been inspected and approved by a Cauliflower staff member.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If any items are either FAULTY or INCORRECT please email us with a clear and easy description of the product or the area(s) of concern - (please include photographs to make the process easier.)
We will do our absolute best to ensure everything is up to the high standard described and any enquires, or issues are resolved promptly.
There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is faulty or incorrect. SALES ARE FINAL
